Shiraz barrel Aged Gin

MT Compass Barrel Aged Gin is produced from Australian grown grain distilled with a blend of traditional and indigenous botanicals.

This Batch (#1) starts as the G3 gin then aged in a Barossa Valley American Oak Shiraz Barrel for 9 months, then conditioned using Tawny Port.

A gin with initial flavours of juniper that give way to a complex blend of dried fruit and vanilla. Can be enjoyed neat over ice.
