Martin Distillation Company is a small family owned and operated craft distillery based in Mount Compass, South Australia.

The company was formed in 2014 with our first production in 2016. We are passionate about local produce and showcasing what South Australia, and Australia has to offer.

We currently have six products available for purchase which you can find in our shop. We are extremely proud of these products and hope our customers enjoy drinking them as much as we do making them.

    London Dry Style Gin

    A Dry style Gin of Juniper with earthy notes of Angelica and Coriander and light citrus flavours obtained from using the indigenous Lemon Myrtle.

    A light, crisp, clean and delicate flavoured Gin and again is a perfect option as a rail/first pour.

    Gin Infused with Black Peppercorns

    Made from distilling our base gin again this time with the addition of black peppercorns to give it a bit of a kick.

    Flavours of fresh Finger Lime with hints of mint and citrus over a traditional Juniper background.

    Shiraz barrel Aged Gin

    Mount Compass Barrel Aged Gin is produced from Australian grown grain distilled with a blend of traditional and indigenous botanicals. Aged in American Oak Shiraz Barrels conditioned using Port. A gin with initial flavours of juniper that give way to a complex blend of dried fruit and vanilla.Finishing with a hint of whisky flavour.

    Berry Infused Gin

    Juniper notes give way to bursts of Strawberry and Blackberry to give a smooth mouth feel. Mixed long with your favourite mixer and plenty of ice for a superb summer drink!

    Navy Strength Gin

    Gin to the power of 3! Triple the botanicals of the base gin and high in alcohol to give a gin full of strength, character and flavour.

    Grain Vodka

    Triple distilled from Australian grown wheat grain. Our Vodka has a traditional 40% by volume of alcohol and is perfect for a rail/first pour option.

    Agave (Tequila Style) Spirit

    Produced from Australian sourced Agave syrup. We brew, distill and package this product at our Mount Compass Distillery. A classic spirit with complex flavours.

    A traditional product of distilled aniseed and liquorice to give a classic anise flavoured spirit.

    Can be drunk in the classic Mediterranean style of adding water, blended with your favourite mixer or made into your favourite cocktail.
